COFFEE CREAM IN 4 MINUTES
For coffee lovers I bring a delicious coffee cream, so easy to make that it is ready in 4 minutes (exact) and with only 3 ingredients. Of course, it is a cream to consume almost immediately due to its texture that falls quite quickly, so once done, keep it in the refrigerator until serving time. It is so rich and practical, it will get you out of trouble. Enjoy!
- 20 grams Soluble coffee
- 140 grs. Sugar
- 130 grs. Mineral water (very cold)
The first thing will be to put the cold water in the freezer for a few minutes but without it freezing, just to make it very cold (important). Place the soluble coffee in a bowl, followed by the sugar and finally the cold water. Then we begin to beat with some electric rods and we will see that it grows rapidly, we continue beating until our coffee cream is fully assembled and it will coincide when we reach four minutes. Right how easy?
Now you just have to put the cream in a pastry bag or failing to cut the corner of a bag suitable for food and fill with it a glass or bowl, finally sprinkle with a little pure cocoa that will enhance the taste of coffee or If you prefer with chocolate chips. Enjoy it.
TIP: The better the coffee quality, the better you know, you can also add more or less sugar as we like and I do not recommend freezing the cream because it will not maintain the same texture.
